Below is an overview of the renewal process:
- New Submission
- 1st year Progress Report - (Due 1 month prior to expiration)
- 2nd year Progress Report - (Due 1 month prior to expiration)
- 3rd year Progress Report - (Due 1 month prior to 3rd year expiration) If study is completed at the end of 3rd year, submit a Request for Completion form. Aat the end of the 3rd yea, ifr you intend to continue your project, a de novo submission is required.
- de novo (Full Submission) — due 30 days prior to the 3rd year expiration date
