Brenda Joly is an Assistant Research Professor in Health Policy and Management Program. Prior to her faculty appointment, Brenda was employed at the Maine Center for Public Health, where she served as Research Associate and lead evaluator on several statewide initiatives. Brenda has led public health performance assessment efforts and conducted numerous evaluations at the local, state, and national levels. She is currently serving as an evaluation consultant for a national project funded by the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation focusing on enhancing public health performance and capacity.Connect with Cutler
