Dr. Andrew Coburn of the USM Muskie School spoke with Maine legislators attending the Health Forum session of the Policy Leaders Academy on February 26th, providing an overview of the Affordable Care Act (ACA), also known as "Obamacare," as well as an update on the ACA timeline, health insurance coverage (including mandatory coverage groups and insurance exchanges), delivery system improvements, and cost containment.
