Center for Business and Economic Research
CBER has been a leading producer of data and research on the Maine economy for more than 25 years. A joint center of the Muskie School and the USM School of Business, CBER is a University Center funded in part by the U.S. Economic Development Administration. The Center produces long range forecasts of the Maine economy, publishes the semi-annual Maine Business Indicators and provides technical assistance and applied research to a variety of state and local agencies concerned with economic development in Maine.
