What are Our Constitutional Rights During Wartime?
Richard Fallon, a member of Harvard Law School's faculty,
will be speaking at the University of Maine School of Law
at 12 noon on Tuesday, April 8, in the Moot Courtroom. His
lecture, "Consitutional Rights in War Time," is free and open
to the public.
Fallon, who teaches constitutional law, federal courts and
constitutional and legal theory, holds a J.D. from Yale Law
School, and served as a law clerk to U.S. Supreme Court Justice
Lewis F. Powell Jr. He has been on the faculty at Harvard
since 1982.
Fall is the author of numerous books and articles on constitutional
law and federal courts. His most recent book, "Implementing
the Constitution" was publishing in 2001 by Harvard University
Press.
