USM/ARAMARK Contribute to Toys for Tots

This is the sixth year ARAMARK, dining provider for USM, and USM’s Department of Residential Life have supported the US Marine Corps Reserve Toys for Tots campaign.  This year, the 60th anniversary year of Toys for Tots, USM collected over 1,695 toys that will be distributed to needy children in Maine. 

Dining Services Office Manager Deborah Corcimiglia, and Coordinator of Residential Student Involvement Anna Schwartz asked students and employees to donate cash and loose change as they entered dining halls, rather than bringing toys.  USM’s Toy Crew then purchased the toys that were picked up by members of Company A - First Battalion 25th Marines of Topsham, Maine at USM’s Annual Holiday Meal, Thursday, December 13.
