Informational Session on “Teaching ALL Students”

A free informational session on a USM master’s-level program for K-12 teachers who want to learn more about how to help students in need of extra support will be held from 5 to 6 p.m., Tuesday, February 5, in Room 301 Bailey Hall, USM, Gorham.  The snow date is 5 to 6 p.m., Wednesday, February 6, in 301 Bailey Hall.

The 39-credit “Teaching ALL Students” concentration is part of the master’s in special education program offered by the USM College of Education and Human Development. “Teaching ALL Students” concentrates on the different strengths, weaknesses and characteristics of three groups of students: students with special needs; students who are gifted and talented; and students who are English language learners.
