News ReleasesPhilosophy Professor from Jerusalem to Speak at USM February 2, 2007 Raphael Jospe of Jerusalem will present a free public lecture titled “Religious Pluralism without Relativism” at 7 p.m., Tuesday, February 13, in USM’s Talbot Auditorium located on the Portland campus in Luther Bonney Hall. Jospe, professor of Jewish philosophy at Bar Ilan University in Jerusalem, is the chair of the Jerusalem Rainbow Group, the oldest Christian-Jewish dialogue group in the city. His talk will focus on his work with this group and other experiences in interreligious collaboration. Discussion and light refreshments will follow.
