Professor's Book Wins Award From the American Political
Science Association
A new book on the practice of divorce law says lawyers are
guided in client interactions by a sense of how others in
their community of practice would respond.
Divorce Lawyers at Work: Varieties of Professionalism
in Practice by Richard J. Maiman, professor of political
science, won the 2001 C. Herman Pritchett Award from the American
Political Science Association.
