Two Lectures on Greece Professor Terkenli received a B.A. in forestry, from Aristotle University of Thessaloniki, Greece; an M.Sc. in landscape architecture, from the University of WisconsinMadison; and a Ph.D. in geography, from the University of MinnesotaTwin Cities. She then returned to Greece to take up her position at the University of the Aegean. Her areas of interest include: cultural geography; ethnic, social, and cultural interaction among social sub-groups in urban environments; development, change and cultural survival; and Greece and Greek cultural identity.
