If we are to be successful at making external audiences more
aware of USM programs and services, then it's critical that
those people who work on campus are informed ambassadors for
the institution.
To keep the campus community abreast of developments and
the work of their colleagues, we:
- Work with the President's office to provide information to the campus community on emerging
USM issues.
- Distribute occasional news bulletins on USM news via the
campus listserv.
- Contact key departments to keep open a flow of information
to our office.
- Keep in touch with other campuses within the UMaine System
and with the Chancellor's Office.
