Stonecoast MFA Alumni Chapter
The Stonecoast MFA Alumni Chapter recently elected new officers. Serving terms until 2009 are: Christin Geall ’07, president; Mary Harwood ’07, vice president; and Lenore Fleming ’06, treasurer. The Stonecoast MFA Alumni Association was created to provide career support for Stonecoast MFA alumni/ae through networking and the organization of social, educational, and professional events; to initiate and support fundraising activities to benefit the Stonecoast MFA Program and provide student scholarships; to enhance the reputation and stature of the Stonecoast MFA Program within the literary and academic community nationwide; and to encourage preservation, maintenance, and appropriate uses of The Stone House located on Wolf Neck Point in Freeport.
