walk jog aerobics

Lifeline's longest "running" activity is an excellent program for the first time exerciser as well as the conditioned participant looking for an effective maintenance program. You can walk/jog, cycle, row, or do Fitball.

Classes are 45 minutes or 1 hour in duration and offer conditioning, light calisthenics, cardiovascular and physio ball exercises, such as fitness walking, jogging, aerobics, stationary cycling, rowing and exercise on the ball. Participants work at their own level, beginner, intermediate or advanced.

Class times are interchangeable, designed to meet busy schedules.

Instructors: Classes are led by trained fitness professionals, many have health fitness degrees and/or national certifications. All are CPR and first aid certified.
