This program provides an individualized approach to strength training and cardiovascular fitness for men and women of all ages and fitness levels.
Fitness Centers offer Universal power circuit stations, free weight equipment, treadmills, bikes, steppers, and elliptical fitness cross trainers,Quinton treadmills, free weights, Concept II rowers, Lifecycles, Precor Elliptical Trainers, recumbent exercycle, and new state of the art Cybex and bodymaster strength training machines.
Men's and women's locker and shower facilities and dry heat saunas are available, lockers may also be rented
Three college sized basketball courts.racquetball and squash courts are available for reservations.
NOTE: The staff can provide specialized programs for
