Dr. Jay Sholes is currently the Registrar for the Pennsylvania State University’s World Campus and Continuing Education. He teaches and specializes in the areas of business management, ethics, and leadership development. His studies and research focused on leadership, business management, and higher education; specifically, he studied the impact of the higher education experience on the development of leadership skills and moral development. He has earned a Master of Business Administration, Master of Arts in Higher Education Administration, and Doctor of Philosophy in Organization and Management.
