Connections 2012: Building Civility

On Friday, February 10, the Leadership Development Board will be hosting it's annual leadership retreat, Connections 2012.  This year's theme is Building Civility.  It will be held in the Glickman Library from 10am-3pm.

The event will connect student leaders from the many facets of life at USM (student org leaders, student government, Greeks, athletes, graduate students, student employees, RAs, OL, tour guides, peer advisors and beyond).  Together, our students can make a significant impact on improving the overall campus climate on all of our campuses.

The program will include roundtable discussions, activities, a skill building session on being an active bystander and a keynote speaker by Mike Weber (The Leadership Institute) on making choices.  Lunch is included and all participants will get a Civility @ USM t-shirt and reusable cup.
