The USM LAC Safety & Security Committee includes representatives from the classified staff, professional staff, students, faculty, and both the USM and local law enforcement community. The committee reviews and considers all safety and security matters for the USM LAC community and makes recommendations to the Dean.
The committee meets regulary throughout the year. Complete campus safety information is available online.

Orientation is a very important first step for accepted students to prepare for their first semester on campus. We encourage all accepted students to come to orientation and get ready to embark upon a great undergraduate experience at USM!
