Harriman Associates
was selected to complete a Master Plan for the USM–L/A campus.
Their project approach was as follows: Harriman Associates and the
USM/L-A Building Committee will work together on the master plan
as a collaborative team. Building Committee meetings will occur
bi-monthly and minutes will be available for
viewing after being approved.
Designing the Master Plan was comprised of five phases.
1. Data Gathering Phase (Completed)
2. Analysis Phase, During April 2005 (Completed)
3. Solution Development Phase, Early May (Completed)
4. Documentation Phase, (Completed)
5. Implementation Phase, ongoing as funds become available
