Event Submission Form

PLEASE NOTE: Do not submit an event that requires a space/room at USM LAC until you have first reserved that space with Jim Bradley.

Before the University posts an event to its email information list and online calendar it must meet the following requirements: (Please see complete policies and guidelines before submitting)

What types of events can be posted?
USM LAC will only post events that are:

  • organized by the University or a recognized University organization
  • directly related to the Lewiston-Auburn campus 
  • community events that impact the campus

Who can submit events?
Events can be submitted by any web user, however, careful scrutiny will be given before any event is posted.

When must events be submitted?
To guarantee that your event is posted in time to get adequate coverage, please submit your event information at least two weeks prior to the actual event.  The Web Publisher will attempt to post other events, but their posting is not guaranteed. Campus events will be posted on the list every Friday.
