Benson. The CLASS/PDS (Professional Development School) program
prepares undergraduate students to become elementary and secondary
school teachers. It combines coursework leading to a liberal
arts bachelors degree with a professional program of
teacher preparation that results in K-8 certification. Students
take a combination of courses on campus along with seminars
and field-related activities at local partner schools such
as Sherwood Heights.
