in tense situations

- Develop simple, effective self-defense skills against
common attacks
- Combine fitness and self defense through pad drills
This fun-filled one hour seminar will introduce you to basic
self-protection skills that every woman should have in her
toolbox. Rich Pelletier has been conducting self-defense
classes for fifteen years; his discussion will leave you
with a greater sense of awareness and self confidence. Please
be prepared to workout as he teaches you his own unique form
of fitness/self defense.
