The University of Southern Maine offers a wide variety of
scholarships to deserving students. Information about current
scholarships is available on the WEB. It is a complete guide
to all USM sponsored scholarships, including those specifically
for LAC students. The scholarship listing divides scholarships
into two areas: scholarships that require an application
(which may be downloaded from the WEB), and scholarships
that have no application, but require a faculty nomination.
Please contact your faculty advisor or other member of the
faculty if you wish to be nominated for one or more of these
scholarships.
In addition, a large number of General Scholarships are
available to all qualified USM students, regardless of their
major. Please apply for these as well - every year a number
of General Scholarships are awarded to LAC students! There
are no restrictions to the number of scholarships to which
a student may apply or be nominated. Please review all requirements
before applying for any scholarship.
