Weekly Discussions
Week One

on the market safe and giving lasting results? What’s
the latest on carbs vs. fats? Jill will discuss popular diets
that revolve around low carbohydrates, high protein, low
fats, and others.

What part does exercise play…how much and
what kind? What’s the difference between anaerobic
vs. aerobic exercise?
Week Three
Lets look at what’s on your grocery list? What about
the new label readings? Will trans fats become an ingredient
of the past? How much, and what kind of fats do I still need
to stay healthy?
Week Four

about the new Food Guide Pyramid? What’s the role of
each of the food groups? Can I really eat from all the groups
and still lose weight? How do I determine my caloric requirements?
