The Advisory Board for the Franco-American Heritage Collection at USM’s Lewiston-Auburn College held its year-end meeting recently . Board members were updated on recent activities and accomplishments and also began plans for the next academic year. Seated left to right are Dr. Barry Rodrigue, assistant professor and scholar attached to the Collection, and board members Tracey Mousseau, Madeleine Roy, and Madeleine Giguere. Standing left to right are Susanne Pelletier, Linda Pervier, Cindy Larock, Robyn Holman, Roger Philippon, and Donat Boisvert, coordinator.

The Franco-American Heritage Collection, formerly known as the Centre d’Heritage Franco-Americain, is the largest archival collection of Franco-American history and culture in Maine. It contains material on politics, religion, language, education, business, politics and the arts. It is open to the public Mondays and Wednesdays, 8:30 - 5:00, and Thursdays, 8:30 - 12:30.
