Request for Enrollment Verification Letter
 
If you need a letter confirming your enrollment at USM please complete the following form and simply click the "Submit" button.
 
Our office will notify you once the letter is ready and you can pick it up at our office located in 101 Payson Smith on the USM Portland Campus.
Students should allow 24 to 48 hours for the letter to be completed.
