Correspondence: Download USM Letterhead Microsoft Word Templates
Please make sure you have carefully read the USM Letterhead Microsoft Word Template Guidelines before proceeding.
PC Users
- After clicking on the download link below, a "File Download" window appears (if this window does not appear, proceed to the next step). Choose "Save this program to disk" and click on OK.
- A "Save As" window appears. Choose the location to save the file PCwordtemplates.zip to by clicking on the downward arrow immediately to the right of the drop-down box at the top of the window.
- Choose a location where you can easily find the file afterwards, such as the Desktop, and click on "Save" at the bottom of the window (a "Download complete" window may appear at this stage - click on "Close").
- After downloading the file, go to the location where you saved it to and double click on the filename PCwordtemplates.zip.
- A "WinZip Self-Extractor" window appears. Click on “Browse” and choose a location where you can easily locate the unzipped files afterwards.
- Click on "OK," then "Unzip."
- Click on "OK," then "Close" to exit the pop-up window, and locate the files on your machine.
- You should have two template files; these are the Microsoft Word template files that should be opened in Microsoft Word.

Mac Users
- Once you have clicked on the download link below a folder named MACwordtemplates will appear on your desktop.
- Go to your Desktop and double click on this folder (MACwordtemplates).
- You should have two template files; these are the Microsoft Word template files that should be opened in Microsoft Word.
