Registration for the commenmorating Frances Perkins Conference is on a first-come, first-served basis until the conference is sold out. Please register early.
The fee for the Conference is $30.00, and includes two keynote speakers presentations, attendance at three breakout sessions, an action workshop, a roundtable discussion, numerous networking opportunities, conference materials, two luncheons, book exhibit, and a reception.
Attendees are eligible to receive .5 CEUs (Continuing Education Units) for the day.

Print out the form. Please print in ink and complete the following form for each attendee. Enclose a check for $30.00 made payable to University of Southern Maine. Part time employed and unemployed, students, and seniors enclose a check or money order for $15.00 and mail to University of Southern Maine, Department of Conferences, P.O. Box 9300, 96 Falmouth, Portland ME 04104-9300 or fax it to or fax it over to us (780-5963). For further information regarding reduced registration please contact us.
Refund note: If you cancel on or before March 3, you are eligible for a refund. sorry, no refunds can be made after that date.
