Here's The 411:
When your body cannot cool itself off by sweating, serious illness can occur. When you drink water, sports drinks, and juice, you help you body to cool itself off by avoiding dehydration, because you replace the fluids lost by sweating, VERY COOL! So drink water as often as you can! It's good for you!

The Signs & Symptoms:
Headache
Dizziness
Weakness
Irritability
Confusion
Inability to think clearly
Upset stomach
Vomiting
Decreased urination
Fainting or passing out
Pale, clammy skin

What To Do If You Suspect A Heat Related Illness:
Act Immediately
Move the victim to a cool, shaded area to rest. Don't leave the person alone. If symptoms include dizziness or lightheadedness have the victim lie on their back and raise their legs 6-8 inches above their head. If they have an upset stomach, lay them on their side.
Loosen and remove any heavy clothing,
Have the person slowly drink cool water, about a cup every 15 minutes.
Cool the persons body by fanning and spraying with cool water or applying a cool cloth to the person's skin.
Call 911 for emergency help if the person does not feel better in a few minutes.
