Lyndsay has worked for over 15 years in the fields of advocacy, education and community organizing. After graduating from Simmons College with a dual degree in Women's Studies and Philosophy, Lyndsay went on to complete advanced graduate degrees in Public Health and Health Policy and Administration. With a focus of her academic research in maternal and neonatal health outcomes in underrepresented populations, Lyndsay has specialized expertise in community health models and their evaluation for a broad array of diverse communties. Lyndsay is a trained sexual assault and domestic violence victim's advocate and works closely with students at the University who need assistance after experience assault or violence.
Lyndsay and her partner, Doug have 2 children, Leon and Ruby. They own/operate their own manufacturing business and are very active in the green business movement.
