Lab Personnel

The GIS Lab is supervised by a full-time Laboratory Operations Manager. She supervises the day-to-day operation of the lab, and also provides on-the-spot technical support and consulting for laboratory users. At present, there are four full-time faculty who use the laboratory on a regular basis, using it either to teach courses or parts of courses.

In addition to the people who use the lab regularly and those who guide its daily activities, there is the GIS Advisory Committee who helps formulate and guide the vision and goals of GIS at USM.
