Habitat Priority Planner Workshop

Posted April 11, 2012

Habitat Priority Planner (HPP) is a tool developed by NOAA Coastal Services Center for analysis of landcover data.   It allows users to identify significant habitat patches, analyze changes in landcover over time, and create basic land use change scenarios.   This workshop will cover basic use of HPP, including sources of landcover data, habitat classification, and examples of how it has been used.  Participants should have basic Geographic Information Systems experience.
