Remote Sensing Program: The NOAA Coastal Services
Center's C-Cap is a national effort to foster the development
and distribution of regional landscape cover/change data in the
coastal zone through remote sensing technology.
Earth Explorer:
This is a USGS tool for querying and ordering satellite images,
aerial photographs, and cartographic products.
Geospatial One-Stop:
The National Spatial Data Infrastructure is an
ingovernmental project managed by the Department of the
Interior. It contains geospatial information from federal,
state, local, tribal, and private agencies.

Bureau-Tiger: The term TIGER comes from the acronym Topologically Integrated Geographic Encoding and Referencing which is the
name for the system and digital data base developed at the Census Bureau to support its mapping needs for the Decennial
Census and other Bureau programs.

contains a search engine. Region 1 is all the New England
states.

USGS EROS Data Center:
Earth Resources Observation Systems Data Center is a
great resource on our changing planet.It has land remote sensing and associated data, advancing the
availability and applicability of these data for scientific and
land management users worldwide.
USGS GIS Data for
Water Resources: A site that serves as a node of the
National Spatial Data Infrastructure (NSDI) for finding and
accessing USGS spatial data related to water resources.
