Minor in Geography

  To receive a minor in geography, students must take at least 19 credits of geography courses. Of those 19 credits, students are required to take GEO 101J (Human Geography-3 credits); GEO 102K (Physical Geography and Lab-4 credits); GEO 120J (Geography of Maine-3 credits); GEO 205 (Remote Sensing-3 credits) or GEO 208 (Cartography I-3 credits); and 6 additional hours of geography courses. Any credits earned beyond these required 19 will go towards general elective credits.
