All full-time regular faculty positions are filled through a competitive search. The scope of the search is national unless otherwise stated in the Affirmative Action Plan.
The filling of part-time faculty positions does not require either the involvement of the Executive Director of Campus Diversity and Equity or a competitive search; however, the Executive Director of Campus Diversity and Equity will assist in such cases if requested to do so by the hiring officer. Furthermore, the University's non-discrimination policy must be followed in filling such positions.
