The Office of Equity & Compliance is dedicated to cultivating a University that is equitable in all of its endeavors. We seek to provide equal access and inclusiveness for underrepresented groups in the USM community. We further strive to develop and maintain a safe and harassment-free university environment through conflict resolution and compliance with discrimination laws and university policies.
