dimensions of diversity, including but not limited to, diversity
based on race and ethnicity, gender, disability, sexual orientation,
age, gender expression and identity, religion and class.
Provide access to SIRS resources whether in the form of research,
hardware, software, knowledge, and/or time for all departments
within the Enrollment Management division regardless of the

The USM academic experience, which includes both curricular
and co-curricular activities, increasingly reflects the multiplicity
and diversity of communities and cultures locally, nationally
and globally.

Continue to provide analysis of data strictly based on the
data that is requested so as to not under-represent any group,
even the represented.
Ensure that the data requirements for information connected
to diverse populations is considered and addressed during
the implementation of the new student information system (PeopleSoft).
GOAL IV: Faculty and Staff Recruitment and Retention
USM strives to increase the diversity of faculty and staff,
particularly faculty and staff of color, but inclusive of
other underrepresented populations as defined in Goal I.

regarding student information so that daily operations within
all functional areas have an opportunity to make use of its
processes and procedures efficiently.
