Videoconferencing (VC) courses are delivered via 2-way video / 2-way audio. Students at each location can see and hear each other over this voice-activated system. 

VC courses can be broadcast from a University of Maine System campus or a University College Center.
The site from which the instructor teaches is called the broadcast site. The alternate sites, those where students are without the instructor in the room, are called receive sites.

When you register for your VC course - be sure and register for the site where to plan to attend throughout the semester.
