Course Designers

All of our Course Designers can help you design or redesign your online and blended courses. They can help you optimize your learning management system (Blackboard), suggest ways to make your content more accessible, coach you in use of technologies, and work with you to decide new ways to deliver your course content. They have all been trained in Quality Matters and are available to do brief course reviews or facilitate full reviews with QM mentors.

Emerging Technologies and BB2 Support

Shane is our resident Blackboard expert who watches the Helpdesk ticketing system to problem solve online learning difficulties. He has a broad knowledge of online learning technologies and is in charge of scheduling workshops of all kinds. If there is a topic you would think would be of general interest to online and blended teaching, contact Shane to make a suggestion.
