INDUSTRIAL PRODUCTION MANAGERS

Coordinate the resources and activities required to produce goods. They share many of the same major functions, regardless of the industry. These functions include responsibility for production scheduling, staffing, equipment, quality control, inventory control, and the coordination of production activities with those of other departments. Primary mission is planning the production schedule within budgetary limitations and time constraints.

Educational Requirements

A bachelor's degree in industrial engineering or business administration.

Operations Manager
Manage production to maximize productivity and minimize cost; set production goals in conjunction with business plan and establish plans to meet or exceed goals; develop and promote a safe working environment; mentor and coach employees; evaluate performance of personnel; manage freight and warehousing to minimize cost and maximize service; manage inventory to minimize cost and storage space; prioritize and execute plans to maintain and improve equipment; monitor and analyze key performance metrics; analyze financial records to understand the cost of operations and maximize use of resources.
Qualifications: Strong organizational skills, self motivated, alert, safety conscious, good written and verbal communication skills, strong mechanical aptitude, good problem solving skills, flexibility, strong team player and coach, Bachelor of Science degree in Business or Engineering or equivalent experience.

Director, Administrative Services -
Supervise overall management of departments of Fiscal Services, Food Services, Safety and Security, Data management, and facilities; manage and coordinate the ongoing operations of the center to ensure compliance with Corporate policy, Department of Labor directives, contract provisions, and applicable laws.
Qualifications: BS in Business Administration or related field plus five years of financial management experience in a multi-functional environment; supervisory experience, as well as a through understanding of financial management principles required including the ability to operate an automated accounting and financial management system.

Human Resource/Manufacturing Administrative Assistant
Provide administrative support to the HR Manager and VP of Manufacturing with secondary support to Department Managers; maintain and assist with employee relations, personnel files and record keeping in addition to general administrative support using MS Office and ABRA software packages.
Qualifications: Five years relevant experience, proficient with Work, Excel and Power-Point, excellent communication skills and the ability to keep confidences and maintain a positive attitude. Knowledge of employment laws a plus.
