OCCUPATIONAL POSSIBILITIES
GENERAL MANAGER/CHIEF EXECUTIVE
Formulates the policies and directs the operations of corporations, non-profit institutions, and government agencies. Plans, organizes, and directs the activities of the organization through the department heads. Meets with department heads to ensure that operations are being carried out according to the organization's policies. May plan budgets, select staff, and see to other day to day supervisory duties.

ADMINISTRATION SERVICES MANAGER
Coordinates and directs the support services of a business or agency. May direct personnel, data processing, clerical, printing, payroll, mail, telecommunications, records management, security, parking, property, or financial services. Oversees staff involved in providing various support services. Prepares work schedules and budgets. Sets goals and deadlines. May deal with outside organizations on matters such as business services or contracts. May order, distribute, and store supplies.

Requirements
Educational requirements may include for managers of audiovisual, graphics and other more technical activities post secondary technical school training is preferred. For managers of highly complex services such as contract administration, a bachelor's degree is required.

Business Management Assistance Counselor -
Promote job generation by assisting new and operating small business with management, financial, marketing, planning and development, and other business problems and issues; assist entrepreneurs and new businesses with business plans; foster relationships with economic development agencies, councils of government, banks and financial institutions, chambers of commerce, and other technical and service delivery organizations.
Qualifications:
MBA or related graduate degree or equivalent training and experience; experience with small business operations, business plan preparation, marketing research, and preparation of financial documentation; computer literate and able to work with a diverse population presenting many different types of small businesses; strong organizational and listening skills and be apt at solving difficult business problems.
Merchandiser/Sales Rep -
Merchandise state liquor stores and private liquor agents; build and merchandise displays; merchandise accounts with Point-of-Sale; gain new distribution of products and packages; shelf management with space to sales allocation; call on and set-up on-premise promotions; manage the collection of data in major chain accounts; develop and implement shelf lay-outs. Salary; 20K plus car allowance plus incentives.
Qualifications: 2 or 4 year Business Administration degree; comprehensive knowledge of the principles of Marketing, merchandising and retail.
Sales Coordinator
Daily operations; customer service, sales development and inventory control. handle incoming inquiries.
Qualifications: Four year degree in business or related field; excellent communication skills for effective dealing with customers. Experience in sales and/or the construction industry a plus. Will train qualified individuals.
