Gratitude Certificates
Graduating students may honor those who have supported
them throughout their time at USM by commissioning personalized Certificates of Appreciation.

Certificates are $5 each and contain the text shown below.

- Pick up posting forms from
100 Payson Smith Hall or download
from this site.
- Complete one posting form per certificate and pay at the billing
office in Payson Smith Hall on the Portland campus.
- Drop off completed, stamped posting form at
100 Payson Smith Hall.
- Certificates will be ready for pick-up two days later. Note
that during the summer months the pick-up times will vary.
