Research Center Staff Judith Spross, PhD, RN, AOCN, FAAN Shannon Gouzie Editor: Linda Homer Linda Homer brings many years of substantive editing in a variety of venues, including dissertations, research grant proposals, children's books and business plans. She hold a BA, magna cum laude with honors in English and an MBA. Linda will provide copy editing (spelling, grammar, syntax) as well as provide an analysis and where appropriate suggestions concerning coherence and/or congruence of ideas or logic; format; conciseness; and style. To facilitate this process, please do the following: 1. Call Linda (603) 878-4426 or e-mail lhomer@tellink.net when planning to send a manuscript. 2. Give her your timeline. She will contact you if there needs to be negotiations around your proposed deadline. 3. Send her a hard copy of your manuscript along with a disk (must be for a PC) that has your manuscript in a Word file. (Linda will do the overall proof-reading corrections off of this disk file, then she will make a hard copy to continue with the editing.) 4.
