The mission of the Recreation Assistive Technology Exchange (RATE) is to share information about assistive recreation devices and accessible recreation resources that are available to Maine residents who have disabilities. This mission is accomplished via workshops, visits, presentations and the dissemination of print and web based information. Persons who have disabilities, educators, therapeutic recreation specialists and other interested persons are invited to visit and contribute to RATE.
