The "Links and Resources" section of RATE provides a sampling of recreation and sport assistive device catalogs plus a list of national and international organizations that provide recreation or sport opportunities to persons with disabilities.

Recreation Equipment Catalogs

Most of the following companies will send free catalogs upon request. Some companies also offer on-line catalogs; however, these catalogs may not list all products that are sold by the company.

ABLEDATA is a federally funded assistive technology database that provides
information about commercially available and homemade devices. The
database, which can be searched in a variety of ways, contains many
recreational assistive devices.
