Our Mission
We support the purposes of Sigma Theta Tau International, Honor Society of Nursing. We strive to emulate their activities by promoting leadership and scholarship in practice, education and research toward the goal of enhancing the health of all people. We promote knowledge and professional development among our members and, in so doing, strive to improve nursing care worldwide.
What does this mean in everyday life? We care to make a difference in the lives of our members. It means opportunity for professional growth through opportunities for leadership development, networking, expanded world view, and collegiate support. In addition, it means the opportunity to develop the art of philanthropy in the form of monetary support and in the form of offering time and skill within the Chapter and by participating in Kappa Zeta sponsored community projects.
