Faculty Handbook On-going evaluation is beneficial to you as an educator and is a requirement for peer review and program review. The following policies and practices are part of the College's evaluation process. Student Role Instructor, course, and clinical sites are evaluated separately. Instructor evaluations are available only to the individual, the Peer Review Committee, Chairperson/Directors, and the Dean. Course evaluations and clinical site evaluations are public information, accessible to all faculty for Chairperson/Director course and program review and planning. Course Evaluation Near the end of the course, students will evaluate the course using the College's approved form and a course evaluation comment sheet. A student volunteer collects the evaluations in the properly notated envelope and returns them to designated administrative offices. NOTE: The scanning equipment will not accept forms that are bent, stapled, or written on with ink. Clinical Site Evaluations At the end of each clinical rotation faculty may choose to have students evaluate the site individually or as a group.
