Committee Reports: Year End

Committee chairs must submit a report summarizing the year's work of the committee and make recommendations for future work. Year end committee reports should include:

1. Review of year's recommendations and related actions. 
   
2. Summary of committee decisions.
   
3. Policy changes, with rationale, if possible, and dates they were approved by faculty.
   
4. Summary of future recommendations based on evaluation of the past year's work. Identification of work to be carried over into next academic year.

Copies of reports for all-college and nursing committees should be submitted to Susan Taylor, Director of Administration, for dissemination and filing.
