Renting USM space
In fact, the beautiful Abromson Community Education Center was designed for community-sponsored trainings, special events and conferences in mind. Conveniently located just off I-295, with an attached parking garage and fully wireless, the Abromson Center has five, light-filled classrooms, two conference rooms and an impressive 512 seat auditorium. All space has state-of-the-art a.v. technology available.
The University Events Room located at the top of the Glickman Family Library features a fabulous view of Deering Oaks Park, the Portland peninsula and Casco Bay beyond. It is our most upscale function room with audio visual equipment built in, large floor to ceiling windows, and full catering capabilities.
USM has a variety of other meeting space as well as traditional classrooms, lecture halls and amphitheaters.
