  1. Our Conference Registration System runs on software written just for us, and is continually upgraded and improved. Using it, we'll develop a registration form just for your event designed to track information you want, including the following attendee information:

    • Name, title, institution, address

    • Method and amount of payment

    • Attendee status (member, non-member, etc.)

    • Track optional events

    • Dietary restrictions or preferences

    • Special accommodations (e.g. ADA requirements)

  2. We provide computerized financial management of the entire event, including:

    • Registration & optional event revenues
    • Vendor/sponsor payments (as applicable)
    • Process, track, and pay all meeting expenses
    • Provide a complete conference financial history
    • At the end of the event, you pay one bill with us - simple!
