Our breakfast menus are designed to start your day off right. These menus include house linen for your buffet table, house china, glassware, and flatware or black disposable service ware. All menus are designed for groups of 20 or more.

Scrambled eggs, bacon and sausage, caramelized onion and red bliss potatoes, assorted freshly baked pastries, sliced seasonal fresh fruit, Tropicana juices, gourmet coffee and tea.

Morning Agenda $5.99/person
Assorted freshly baked pastries, sliced seasonal fresh fruit, Tropicana juices, gourmet coffee and tea.

Signature Sunrise $3.19/person
Assorted freshly baked pastries, gourmet coffee and tea.

Choose any of the following to enhance your breakfast menu
and ensure that everyone's palate is pleased.

Your choice of buttermilk, chocolate chip, banana or Maine blueberry served with Maine maple syrup and whipped butter.

Belgian Waffles $1.29
Cones with whipped cream, strawberries, chocolate ganache, Maine maple syrup and whipped butter.

French Toast $1.59
Challah bread, Maine maple syrup and whipped butter.

Omelet Bar $2.99 plus $50 for a chef
Shredded cheddar cheese, tomatoes, peppers, onions, mushrooms and ham (eggbeaters and egg whites available upon request).

Your choice of one of the following berry rumba, peach sunrise, Make It Mango.

Make Your Own Yogurt Parfaits $1.99
